Fish

Today, the properties of fish are not hidden from anyone. In fact, fish is a nutritious food that is high in protein and low in fat, providing a wide range of health benefits. White-fleshed fish are especially low in fat compared to other animal protein sources, and oily fish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, or “good” fats.
Also, fish has very little “bad” fats that are usually found in abundance in red meat and known as omega-6 fatty acids.
Since the human body cannot produce significant amounts of the essential nutrients found in fish, this food item is considered an important part of a person’s health diet.
